1-1/2 lb lean hamburger
2 tablespoon Butter
1 cup onion; chopped
3 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups milk
salt and pepper; to taste
Brown meat, drain fat, add butter and stir. Add onions and cook until
translucent. Add flour, stir and cook two to three minutes. Add garlic, soy
sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly. Add milk and stir until
it thickens. Serve on lightly browned toast.
